Classic motorcycles will once again take over the fields of Erkylä in Hyvinkää when the popular Hyvinkää Scramble, Trial & Enduro event is held on 29–30 August 2026.

The weekend-long spectacle promises historic thrills, the spirit of motorsport and spectacular riding — and best of all, admission is free for the whole family, as always.

Scramble 2025

2025 was a success

Last year’s organisers have every reason to be proud. The 2025 event was a resounding success that exceeded all expectations in terms of both participant numbers and atmosphere. Scramble drew a record crowd of riders from across Finland.

Participants and enthusiasm at their peak

A total of 154 individual riders took part in the exhibition runs. The growing popularity of the discipline and the event’s appeal is further illustrated by the staggering 203 class-level entries recorded. The large gap is explained by the fact that many riders wanted to challenge themselves in more than one class:

Two classes: 27 riders entered two different classes. Three classes: Two exceptionally committed riders competed in as many as three classes.

“154 individual riders and 203 entries speak volumes about the sport’s remarkable momentum.”

The event showcased a diverse array of vintage machinery. Japanese and Swedish manufacturers dominated the 2025 edition. The three most prominent makes were:

Honda (39), Yamaha (30) and Husqvarna (23).

Other popular makes included Suzuki (19), Bultaco (13) and KTM (12).

Vintage rarities on display

The event also offered rare sights for motorcycle history enthusiasts. The oldest registered bike was a 1949 BSA C11 250cc, which competed in the Trial class. Other pre-1960s models included a 1951 AJS 500 and a 1957 Francis Barnett.

The Scramble C and Enduro classes also featured big-bore machines such as the Maico 500, Honda CR500 and KTM 600/612 models.

The successful scramble event once again reinforced the community spirit among enthusiasts, and the organisation ran smoothly. The upcoming 2026 event — crowned by the spectacular Mopeds Show! during the Sunday intermission — eagerly awaits new and returning enthusiasts alike.

A refreshment stand will naturally be on site. Further details and schedules will be published later at www.scramble.fi.
